Born and raised, or perhaps hatched, and given lots of swirlies as a Kansas City, Missouri kid, Marcus McGwire began a career as a professional wrestler. Everything was going along fine, the fans loved him, and he made a decent living on the indie circuit. One day, a move went wrong, causing Marc to take the life of a competitor and friend. Shortly after, he committed himself to the Osawatamie Asylum for the Insane. Under the strict guidance of Dr. Phillip M. Schulman, he began what he thought was the road to recovery for a multitude of mental ailments. Little did he realize he was being experimented upon sans permission. All the while, the big old world he was living in had changed; people began showing signs of heightened abilities. But don't worry, all will be revealed over time.
His new manager, the Good Doctor, has taken charge, almost totally it seems, over Lunatic. No one is quite sure just how the Doctor has so enthralled the Wacky One, but his demeanor has changed completely. Instead of being an unfocused, out-of-control, wall bouncing whack-job, Lunatic is a sadistic, dangerous, and sociopathic. (Think the Joker from Batman, but under the control of someone who likes to "experiment" with people's pain threshold.)
Entrance Song: "Make Us Insane," by Powerman 5000
Entrance Description:
A familiar smiley comes onto the PCW-Tron:
Blood begins to ooze from the symbol, seeming to drain down the screen, down the video wall, and onto the ramp. Yellow and blue lights scamper in an erratic pattern all around the arena. Flashes of lightning flicker brightly on the screens. Lunatic comes out, the Good Doctor leading the way. The look in Looney's eyes isn't too far removed from that of his symbolic smiley; menacing and laser focused. He stalks down the ring, picking fights with fans around the ring, eventually rolling inside the squared circle to a corner, where he rocks impatiently for the next victim to hear their last bell.
Ring Attire: Electric blue unitard with a smiley on the front, lightning bolts down the sides, and yellow boots.
Out-of-Ring Professional Attire: Wait... I can't wear this out of the ring too? Makes things uncomfortable for the fans to have to watch me change.
Out-of-Ring Casual Attire: Full of questions, aren't ya?
Most Affluent Wrestling Style: High Flying Risk Taker
Trademarks (min 1; max 3):
1. Basket Case (The opponent starts off on his stomach, where Looney grapevines their arms and legs in a basket/cradle position, walks them over to the corner, and drives their head into the first turnbuckle.)
2. The Total Restraint (Modified STFU. He lays his opponent on his/her stomach, grapevines
his/her legs, and cross his/her own arms in front of his face, creating a
chokehold. If he doesn’t give up soon enough, the chokehold aspect will
choke him out.)
3. Daffy Stomp (Rugged Ronnie stomp with BOTH feet, screaming "Woo Hoo, Woo Hoo!" and finishing with a jump in the air and landing sitting Indian style on my opponent's chest)
Finisher & Description (min 1; max 2):
(1)Name: Straight Jacket (Inverted modified bearhug)
(1)Description: He sets them up by grabbing his opponent, turning them upside down and face out. He then marches around the ring softening their shoulders with a shoulder breaker on EACH. Once he feels they are ready, he grabs their arms, crosses them across their own chest, and uses gravity to do most of the squeezing until they submit.
(2)Name: Prozac Drop
(2)Description: Fireman's Carry Slam into a Brain Buster (from the top turnbuckle whenever feasible)
Ten Most Common Wrestling Moves & Holds:
1. Tree of Woe
2. Snap Powerslam
3. Mandible Claw
4. Backflip Kick
5. Fancy jumpy-off-the-top turnbuckley moves
6. Corkscrew Leg Lariat
7. Bridging Suplexes
8. Flying Squirrel Jump
9. Anything either flashy or comical
10. Shoulder Breaker (both shoulders, to set up the Straightjacket)
Weapons of choice (if available):
Lead Pipe-Stuffed Monkey
Taser
Scantily clad picture of Earnest Borgnine
Favorite match(es) (min 1; max 2):
Anything where he can show off his skills or insanity. (High flying matches like ladder matches, X-Circuit style (?) matches.
Least Favorite Match(es) (max 2): Battle Royals, multi-person matches
Strengths (min 1; max 3):
Fearless - Likely to do anything.
Unpredictability - See above.
Head Games - LOVES to get into his opponents (and friends) heads.
Weaknesses (min 1; max 4):
Reckless - His unpredictability and fearlessness can backfire.
Hyperactive - He tends to get under people's skins, even if he doesn't mean to. And. He. Can't. Be. Still.
Irreverent Wisecracker - His mouth gets him into trouble, since he lacks a filter of any kind.
Head Games - He goes berserk if people do unto him.
